Refunds/Cancellations
From time from purchaser have to request a refund upon receipt. If package is damaged only.
We do not offer any refunds on our Products unless there is a problem with the shipping we will express a new package right to you or you can use a credit towards a new item. We do request photos of the packaging and cupcakes.

The customer pays No return shipping a restocking fee.
