All of our cupcakes and cookies and treats are packaged with love, and guaranteed to arrive fresh and delicious via Nationwide Shipping from FEDEX.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING PERISHABLE GOODS
We’ve created unique packaging to keep your cupcakes safe and delicious in transit. All of our treats are baked fresh, sealed and packaged with care.
Shipping Orders are orders that are shipped nationwide to all 50 states via FedEx, including HI and AK. We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. There is a $20 minimum for shipping orders. At checkout you are able to specify a SHIPPING date up to 90 days in advance. We schedule all our orders to ensure your treats are never in transit longer than a few days. All of our orders ship with one of the following options; FedEx Home, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, or FedEx Priority Overnight. CUPCAKE ORDERS PLACED BY 1:30 PACIFIC TIME WILL BE SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY FedEx Priority Overnight. Cookies are sent FedEx 2Day. We do not Ship to Post Office.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
No deliveries on Sundays or Mondays
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge.
Next day orders placed by 1pm Pacific Time will ship today
delivery is provided by FedEx for Tuesday-Saturday delivery. We recommend always scheduling your order to arrive at least 1-2 days early if you are planning a time-sensitive event, to account for any transit delays.

As soon as the cupcakes arrive, remove from packaging.
Before serving, please let the cupcakes stand at room temperature for 3 – 4 hours.
Cupcakes are meant to be enjoyed as soon as possible. If you plan to store them, we recommend placing them in an airtight container in the fridge.
Shipping orders: We’ll send you an email that includes the order’s tracking number once your order has been processed. You can click on the tracking number and it will bring you to a page where you will clearly be able to track your order and watch your treats take their journey. You can also sign up for SMS updates that will automatically notify you as your order get closer! Please allow up to 12 hours after placing your order to see tracking information!

- The COVID-19 outbreak has disrupted supply chains around the world. We’re continuing to operate in impacted areas as local conditions and restrictions allow.
- We have suspended our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice.
- We’ve suspended Signature Required for most shipments.
- Before shipping, check if the recipient business is open as some of them may have closed temporarily.
- We do not ship to business on Saturday.
